Who is Weber Shandwick?

At The Weber Shandwick Collective, you are welcomed, valued and empowered to grow and we believe that opportunity grows in a collective.

We create cultural value and help brands navigate the ever-changing age of earned: an age where consumers actively say no to advertising; an age where everyone is an influencer that can make or break your brand; an age where content can be turned into commercial opportunity. Our talented team builds brands by finding connection points in the real world. We energise the right mix of talent, using the right platforms and latest technology to choreograph stories that make a real and meaningful impact for some of the world’s leading brands and businesses.

We earn affection, attention, affinity and purchase by delivering value to people around the world, with deep specialisms across food & drink, travel & tourism, consumer tech, consumer health, automotive, sports sponsorship, entertainment & lifestyle and energy. We are known for:

  • Develop data driven insights and strategies to drive measurable impact
  • Creating impactful campaigns that tap into culture
  • Creating channel and platform agnostic campaigns that grow organically
  • Delivering integrated campaigns that are earned-first but deliver for paid and owned

What's happening?

At Weber Shandwick, we bring bold ideas to life through creativity, collaboration, and craft.

As a Mid-Weight Health Creative, you’ll be part of our growing health team — developing standout, insight-led ideas that move audiences and make an impact in the world of health, pharma, and wellness. You’ll translate complex scientific and medical topics into powerful, culturally relevant creative work that resonates with both professionals and consumers.

Whether your background is in art direction or you’re a visually driven creative with a strong conceptual mindset, you’ll thrive on turning ideas into beautifully crafted executions. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and science — blending imaginative storytelling with the rigor of healthcare communication to deliver work that’s both bold and compliant.

What will you be doing?

Creative Leadership & Ideation
• Develop original, insight-driven concepts that answer client briefs with creativity, clarity, and purpose.
• Translate scientific and strategic insights into compelling creative platforms and campaigns.
• Partner with copywriters, designers, and strategists to bring ideas to life across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Contribute to creative reviews and help shape the visual direction of health campaigns across the portfolio.
• Present concepts confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, inspiring engagement and buy-in.

Health Expertise & Visual Craft
• Apply and grow your understanding of health, pharma, and wellness sectors — ensuring all work is impactful, accurate, and compliant.
• Create visually striking concepts, layouts, and mock-ups that clearly communicate the idea and elevate presentations.
• Use AI tools to produce high-quality mock-ups and visuals that strengthen storytelling and concept sell-in.
• Maintain a strong eye for design, composition, and detail across all creative outputs.
• Stay attuned to cultural trends, visual movements, and emerging technologies that can inform and enhance creative work.

Collaboration & Delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — from strategy and production to account management — to ensure ideas are integrated and achievable.
• Balance creativity with pragmatism, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-brief, and on time.
• Support the senior creative team in pitches and new business opportunities, contributing fresh thinking and visual storytelling.
• Champion collaboration, curiosity, and high standards across all projects.

Ideal Experience Required:

• Proven conceptual thinking, with a portfolio that demonstrates big ideas, visual impact, and strong execution.
• Solid experience in AI-assisted mock-up creation and presentation design.
• Strong layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Passion for health, pharma, and wellness — with an understanding of regulatory nuances preferred.
