Innovation: Maintain deep knowledge of new and established analytics tools and platforms, and actively work to embed AI solutions to drive deeper analyses and insights.

What You'll Bring

  • Basic Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of relevant full-time experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, social listening, or campaign measurement.
    • 1+ years of experience managing one or more direct reports.
    • Demonstrated experience analyzing and synthesizing data from first-party and third-party sources (e.g., social listening, web analytics, syndicated research).
    • Experience analyzing paid, earned, owned, and influencer media strategies.
    • Experience engaging and collaborating with large, complex clients; federal government experience is a plus.
  • Competencies:
    • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated expertise in translating data and research into high-level strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
    • Collaboration: A team player with the ability to work independently while bringing unique analytics skills to large, integrated client teams.
    • Ownership & Accountability: The desire and capacity to take full ownership of work tracks, manage complicated processes, and deliver with excellence.
    • Client Service: The ability to build trust, nurture client relationships, and make complex data accessible and meaningful to various partners.
