  • Formal experience managing and mentoring a team, with a track record of developing talent and overseeing team responsibilities, including professional growth and utilization.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and the introduction of new service offerings.

  • Drive the overall content strategy vision across all workstreams, ensuring it aligns with client business objectives and delivers measurable results.
  • Partner with internal teams, including CX and analytics, to ensure a seamless client experience and identify opportunities for strategic growth.
  • Provide senior oversight on all major content initiatives, from editorial calendar development to creative execution, ensuring the highest standards of quality.
  • Champion B2B content innovation and best practices, bringing new ideas and strategic thinking to both the client and the internal team.
